Kettlebell Snatches for Reps Update

On January 8th, I hit 10 R / 7 L kettlebell snatches with the 32kg Kettlebell.

Originally I just wanted to see how many I could do, and once I passed the count of 5, even though I had no initial set goal, I knew I wanted at least 15-20.

Once the first set was over, I decided I’d train for 20/20.

20 days later I’m at 13 R / 11 L and as the video states I haven’t done a lot of focused training toward this specific goal due to last weekend’s jiu-jitsu tournament.
