Time To Get Moving

I wrote about making a resolution early last week, it was about taking a chance on making your life better, not just one typical start of the new year resolution.

Committing to yourself that you’re going to do what you set yourself up to do, and accomplishing it…from working out, to eating well, to personal and professional relationships…the whole picture.

So why it bring it up again?

Because you need to know you can do it. Because you need to commit to the plan, and achieve the goal in the end.

Sure, it sounds easy to say, what do I know, I ‘workout’ for a living right?

Well that’s where you’re wrong, and I know exactly how hard it can be to stick to a goal. I know exactly how hard it can be to juggle your professional life, your personal life, and your health…and make them all work together.

I also know what it’s like to not have it work so well. To make every effort, and have to work even harder than you did previously.

What’s my point…I finally pulled myself into a real workout today. I finally made it all start to count again. It was hard as hell. I had taken about three weeks off for my own reasons, but none good enough to keep me away from my health.

Dig deep, and get it done.

Life doesn’t stop moving along just because you’re having a tough time. It’s hard to hear but we all know it’s true.
