Definitely will be checking out Rachel’s book because the credo alone is incredibly invaluable info for ladies.We always put EVERYONE first before ourselves and men have the God given ability to compartmentalize their goals. I love you girl and keep the good stuff coming! I completely moved my workouts home because waiting for the beauty queens who were screwing my circuits , posing on the machines, waiting for some jackass’ number was just too much to take. Finally after training in the “men’s” part of the gym, I just got tired of the looks and then I stumbled upon you. You rock and I AM NOT A FREAK because I CRAVE being strong and pushing my limits!
