Option 2: $67


After you have filled out and emailed the assessment questionnaire to determine your goals, you will be given a personal training program that you can follow on a weekly basis. The program is designed specially for the number of days you plan to work out with the equipment you have access to.

Instead of checking in weekly, you’ll check in at the end of each month before you next month of training starts. Your program will be adjusted based on your feedback at the end of each month.
