Kettlebell Windmills and Push Ups Workout

Here’s a great core strengthening workout, that incorporates kettlebell windmills and push ups. It’s a quick workout that can be done in under 15 minutes.

Simply do 3-5 windmills per side, then do push ups that are equal to the number of windmills that are done per side. Complete a total of 3-5 rounds based on your time.

    did this one yesterday. warmed up with 100 good form swings. i did 5 rounds of 5 each w/ the 16kg in under 15 minutes. i loved the core work and getting a nice workout in such a short amount of time!
