Kettlebell Swings Both Days

Did a nice little ladder of pull ups and heavy swings yesterday.

Swings with the 32kg, were 2-4-6-8-etc-20
Pull Ups BW, were 10-9-8-etc-1

Took 15:03.

Today got a little circuit in around 4:30.

1 minute rounds of
Thick Ring Rows
Dbl DB Push Presses
24kg KB Swings
24 inch Box Jumps

Completed 5 times, with 30sec rest between each round.

Jiu-Jitsu at 8:00.
